Information You Enter
Search Terms
When you type a name, location, or similar detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Panola County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or send a message through a contact option, we use the information in that message to respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless the law requires it, including a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal demand.

Other Websites and Public Records
This site links to sheriff, jail, clerk, state corrections, federal locator, and third-party search resources. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination website controls how your information is handled.
Some advertising partners may use their own tracking technologies to understand activity across websites. That tracking occurs through their systems, not through an official Panola County or Texas public-records system.
